The customer service was great to start things off and the product is very well built and sturdy. The system the product uses for seed germination is very Smart and compact. Plus you get individual grow lights for each and every germination tray. I am very satisfied with the product and it's performance. The grow lights are even full spectrum waterproof LEDs which is awesome.
I absolutely LOVE this item. I love it so much I purchased more after I received my initial order. It is very easy to set up, I love the lights and the self-watering feature, and I love that the clear dome on top is tall - it's much taller than the seed starting trays that I have used in the past. If I had to give one recommendation to the manufacturer, I wish that there was some way that you could see what the water level in the base container is in case I need to add more (maybe a clear strip on the side of the container). Regardless, I absolutely love this item and would highly recommend it. And one other thing..... it's durable enough to use multiple times!
I love this seed starting kit. The material is sturdy so I'll be able to use it many times. All my seeds sprouted and the self watering feature really works. Very easy to use. Great product!

I cook with fresh herbs a lot and have wanted my own indoor herb garden for a while. I have tried growing herbs from seeds before, but I still haven't figured out the right amount to water and usually kill them by under or over-watering.
These starter kits are great for taking all of the guesswork out of watering, and it's awesome that the grow lights are included. It wasn't the easiest to set up because the instructions are sort of vague and hard to follow in some places, but a week after planting, I am seeing growth. It's nice to know that I can be hands off for a while, and here's to hoping that I'm successful this time.
