Warranty Terms:
Our 30 days warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately.
Warranty Process:
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate your ticket with all the details such as your order number, SKU number, or the product name.
Then kindly follow these 3 steps:
1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item outer package.
2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A).
3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team.
Warranty Compensation:
All faulty items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team.
Faulty Items:
Upon the product's receipt, we will resend you replace at our cost or refund you.
Not Faulty Items:
If the item is not faulty but you are dissatisfied with it, please feel free to contact us. Kindly explain to us the situation, we will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.
Missing Products/Accessories:
We check all items/accessories before sending them, this should be extremely rare. Please contact us as per our warranty process as above, we will offer you a solution.
Wrong product:
-If you think the product is not as described on the website, kindly send us clear pictures (under 2MB) in good light and send them to our e-mail sales@dzllight.com .
-If you have ordered the wrong item, we can allow you to return. Please contact us to get an R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization). We can allow you to return for an exchange. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.
Return Costs:
Non-Product Quality, Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items.
Please Refer To The Following Return Policies:
The customer must return the package as per our instructions shipping address indicated on the R.M.A document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer support team has authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to R.M.A instruction will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service for further advice.
